We use Stripe for our transactions, as they’re the easiest to track and keep record of. We recommend that you install stripe before you make any purchases on our site.
On the very top right of the page, there’ll always be a text saying “My Account”. Click on it and you’ll be able to manage every detail of your profile. You can even add your own profile picture and background!
Of course! We don’t store credit card information as we only use stripe, which is a safe payment gateway for all parties, and we don’t get to see your credit card information.
If you wish to change your password, you can go to the “My Account” tab at the top right of the screen. Once you press that, a menu will appear on the left side of the My Account page you have now entered. At the very bottom, there is a tab called “Settings”. Press it, then type your new password and re-enter it, then press save changes at the bottom of the page.
The password reset email gets sent to your junk mails. Check and it should be there. If not, send an email to support@findurr.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem!
